Lauren is an experienced massage therapist at Ivory Raine Salon & Spa in Brighton, CO, bringing more than 15 years of experience in massage therapy. Her career has been dedicated to helping clients improve their overall well-being through therapeutic touch. She began her massage therapy education at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, where she developed a strong foundation in Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, with an emphasis on addressing muscular concerns and supporting overall wellness.​

 

Throughout her career, Lauren has continued to expand her training and experience to include medical massage, labor induction massage, cupping therapy, spa services, and massage enhancements. Her background spans a variety of settings, from high-volume massage practices to luxury hospitality, five-star day spas, medical spas, and notable establishments including the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park.

Lauren has worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, veterans with traumatic injuries, older adults, children, expectant mothers, and individuals recovering from surgeries and injuries.
